FSYSL will not tolerate any Referee abuse. This should be noted on game cards and by completing a "Send-Off" report. If you have the coach and player cards do not give them back to the offending coach. Immediately contact Peter Pittner, or George Curry (PAD Committee). Peter Pittner: cell 707-246-3593, email fsyslrefcoordinate@sbcglobal.net. George Curry cell 707-803-819, email bernandgeorge@yahoo.com.

In addition, please make note of the blank send off report format. These items are very important to properly completing a player send off report.

KEEP THE PLAYER CARD FOR ANY SENT OFF PLAYER OR COACH CARD FOR A COACH

It is extremely important that the game card be filled out completely and legibly (write clearly). FSYSL needs the game cards to properly report game results. Also, for Youth Referees, this is the basis of how you get paid, so turn in your game cards. On the Game Card, the coaches will fill in the player info (they should have a sticker hopefully). However, on Game Cards please note things like:

Coaches that run up the score (greater than 6 differential)
Teams with poor side line behavior (go to the coach to get the coach to control his parents)
Anything else that needs to be addressed in order to make improvements in the experience for everyone involved: Players, Referees, Coaches and Parents
